WHY
Tired of harsh bottom outs with stock front rubber bump stops? Factory bump stops do not offer much cushion during an abrupt bottom out when hitting a roller or a ditch at high speed.
Installing an air bump on your front suspension system allows you to tune the front suspension and provides progressive dampening control that takes the harsh kick out of the front end. KING front bump stops allow you to custom set their nitrogen PSI so that they will absorb the harsh bottom outs with added comfort and control.
Specifically designed to be installed with the NEW 2026 version of the TOTAL CHAOS long travel kit 96000BK or 96000-BK-4 boxed lower control arm design. The modification to the boxed lower control arm that was released in 2026 features an integrated bump stop contact pad that is fully reinforced to withstand the force of air bumps at full bottom out.
Replaces the stock front bump stop mount.
Designed to lock onto the frame for easy installation.
Self-locates on the frame and replaces the front factory rubber bump stop. The rear factory bump stop mount can be retained.
Designed only to work with a KING 2.0" bump stop PT# KNG-BS2020.
Adding this kit to the original version of the TC long travel boxed lower control arm is not recommended. It will result in severely denting the original boxed lower control arm.
Welding and paint removal are required for installation.
