4th Gen Tacoma Long Travel
Extended 4130 chromoly upper and lower control arms increase track width 3" per side and bolt to factory control arm mounting locations. 100% bolt-on. No welding required.
13" of wheel travel with 4WD. To retain 4WD, one extended axle is required - SOLD SEPARATELY
Upper and lower ball joints are upgraded to 1" uniballs for additional strength and maximum wheel travel.
TOTAL CHAOS 1" I.D. uniballs feature a heat treated stainless steel ball & race for superior corrosion resistance and component strength. A military grade PTFE woven fabric liner surrounds the uniball which helps prevent noise.
Upper and lower control arms utilize urethane bushings which greatly reduce bushing deflection compared to stock rubber bushings. Providing a tighter off- road feel and trail handling. All pivots include zerk fittings for easy lubrication maintenance.
Lower control arms are laser cut 4130 chromoly to be as light and as strong as possible. Arms are internally gusseted, fully boxed and include a single shock pocket. Integrated steering stop tabs retain the factory turning angle with no modification necessary to the OEM ball joint cradles.
Expedition Series Billet CNC machined uniball cups integrate into the boxed lower arm providing increased strength and factory turning radius.
Recessed jack spud point is integrated into the bottom of the LCA so you can change a tire with a factory bottle jack.
Bump stop strike pad is integrated into the LCA for an optional weld-on bump stop accessory - PT# 86524-E-BUMP - SOLD SEPARATELY. Includes DuroBump rubber bump stops.
TC specific long travel coil over shocks are required and bolt to the factory coil bucket location. Extended travel OEM shocks are too short and will not work with this kit.
Single shock capability while retaining factory sway bar and sway bar links mounting location.
DOT approved stainless steel braided brake lines that do not expand are included.
TC custom 17-4 stainless hi-misalignment spacers and grade 8 mounting hardware is included.
TC custom 4WD extended axle is machined from 4340 and reuses the factory inner and outer CV joint to retain 4WD. TC system is designed to specifically use the 6 ball inner CV joint - OEM TOYOTA SOLD SEPARATELY.
No diff drop spacers are required with this kit.
