We race using the same parts that we sell. Our control arms are 100% bolt-on, replacing factory ball joints with an aircraft grade 1″ stainless steel uniball for maximum travel articulation and component strength. The stock control arm rubber bushings flex considerably under load. TOTAL CHAOS control arms upgrade to a high-performance custom blend urethane pivot bushing, intended to reduce deflection and tighten steering response while still absorbing the vibration and harshness transferred from the chassis through the suspension. The result? A complete mid-travel suspension system that steers more precisely, feels more stable at high speeds, and is fully predictable. These benefits are felt when you are carving through desert trails, climbing boulders, or navigating mountain road switchbacks.

Hand-crafted Construction – Laser Cut Lower Arms
Lower control arms are laser cut from chromoly or mild steel plate based on the model vehicle and number of bends required to design the boxed plate. TOTAL CHAOS lower control arms are intended to provide maximum ground clearance and strength and reliability far beyond stock components. Chromoly lower arms are lighter and use a thinner material. Mild steel control arms that require more bends to produce the boxed lower and retain maximum strength.
