Chromoly Adjustable Rear Links - 96-02 4Runner
TOTAL CHAOS offers a complete chromoly rear link system for the 96-02 4-Runner that provides an additional 1.5” of wheel travel. Factory Toyota rear rubber bushings bind when your suspension cycles and can limit wheel travel and articualtion. TC upper, lower and pan hard bar links are built using 1 ¼” x .375 chromoly tubing. Designed to be trail adjustable, these links are tapped on one end and utilize a 7/8” heim for maximum articulation and tune ability. TC supplies all necessary hardware and hi- misalignment spacers required to install this bolt on conversion. The opposite ends of the upper and lower links include gusseted pivots that feature zerk fittings and use replaceable urethane bushings and an inner sleeve that eliminate any pivot resistance. TC allows you to lubricate these urethane pivots through factory access holes on the chassis for convenient maintenance. Lower links incorporate emergency brake line tabs needed to reinstall the factory lines. The TOTAL CHAOS pan hard bar is tapped on both ends and is fully adjustable utilizing ¾” heims to offer maximum adjustability and strength. This package can be purchased individually. It reuses factory hardware and each link is shipped pre set to a factory replacement spec length.

Lower Control Arm Cam Tab Gussets - 96-04 Tacoma 6 Lug & 96-02 4Runner
TC offers weld on lower control arm cam tab gussets for the 96-04 Tacoma 6 Lug & 96-02 4Runner. These weld on tabs replace the factory lower control arm cam tabs that are prone to bending and not holding alignment. TC tabs also reinforce the lower arm frame horns front and back. Welding and grinding is required to install. Grinding the factory spot welds & removing the factory cam tab is necessary. TC tabs include a ¼” thick cam side plates and 1/8” thick chromoly backing plates.

Weld on Upper Coil Bucket Tower Gussets - 96-04 Tacoma, 96-02 4Runner & 00-06 Tundra
TC customers like to abuse their products. The factory coil buckets have a tendency to flex resulting in a bent or cracked upper shock mount tower. TC now offers a weld on upper coil bucket gusset that was designed to double shear the upper control arm cross shaft bolt and help prevent damage under hard impacts. These 3/16” laser cut brackets feature windows that were designed to eliminate the need to dissemble the factory brake lines during this items installation. Some grinding is necessary to install these gussets and ensure proper fitment on each vehicle. When installing these gussets the outer 2 end washers will not be reinstalled and are replaced by the gusset. THESE GUSSETS ARE ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH TOTAL CHAOS UPPER CONTROL ARMS AND LONG TRAVEL SYSTEMS!

TC now offers the ultimate off road performance suspension package for stock length suspension systems. This kit works on the Tacoma & Tundra with or without 4wd. 4130 pre bent dual shock hoops are designed to install a secondary 2.5” or 2.0” smooth body shock. This dual shock mount system requires 1.5” wheel spacers and TOTAL CHAOS uniball upper control arm's to be installed. Running dual shocks increases the dampening control to reduce harsh bottom outs and adds stability to on and off road vehicles that remove the factory sway bar and maximize their travel. This system will not require the installation of fiberglass fenders. TOTAL CHAOS continues to lead the aftermarket performance IFS industry with this new stock length lower control arm secondary shock hoop package. The kit features pre formed weld on lower shock tabs, all necessary mounting hardware, frame overlay plates and installation instructions. The secondary upper shock hoop mount bolts to the factory coil bucket location and reinforces the factory upper coil buckets when installed. Removing sway bar tabs from lower arms, welding and minor fabrication is required to perform this installation. Upper shock mount tabs, all mounting hardware and overlay plates are included in this system. Additional fitment may be necessary to install this system with stock UCA's or other brands UCA's.

Required to retain the 4wd assembly on the Tacoma 4wd long travel kit, TOTAL CHAOS offers a pre modified ready to install axle shaft for auto locking hub vehicles. TC takes remanufactured Toyota Tundra axle shafts and modifies them to achieve the full 13” of wheel travel that the TC long travel kit will provide. The axle shafts also include high angle inner CV boots with new clamps and come ready to install. Axles will fit any 96-04 Tacoma and 96-02 4Runner equipped with the TC long travel kit.

00-06 Tundra 4wd Long Travel 4340 Axles
To retain 4wd after installing a TC Tundra long travel kit, TOTAL CHAOS offers these custom extended 4340 axle shafts. These axles are machined out of 4340 material and are heat treated and plated. The axles are exactly 3 1/2” longer than the factory axles to match the added width of the TC long travel system. They will allow for the full 13” of wheel travel that the TC long travel kit provides. The axles must be inserted into the factory inner and outer CV joints prior to installation. TC includes high angle inner CV boots and clamps with the axles. Applications include any 00-06 Tundra 4wd equipped with the TC long travel suspension system.

Tacoma Long Travel Heim Joint Steering Upgrade PreRunner/4wd/4Runner
Tundra Long Travel Heim Joint Steering Upgrade 2WD/4WD
Maximize wheel travel and add strength to your TC long travel kit when you install the TC heim steering package. This upgrade kit is designed to bolt on with no drilling required (some welding necessary). To mount the heim to the steering arm, press in a machined custom inner sleeve that is designed to reduce the hole to incorporate a 5/8" grade 8 bolt. A weld on double shear tab is also supplied with this kit to provide maximum strength to the 7/8" heim. The heim joint threads are larger in diameter than the factory tie rod end threads adding strength. 7/8" to 5/8" hi-misalignment spacers are included along with our chromoly CNC machined and plated extensions. The inner female extension was designed to bolt directly to the factory male end that connects to the rack steering system. There is no need to remove the factory rubber steering rack boot and let debris enter the steering rack.

96-04 Tacoma Prerunner/4WD, 96-02 4Runner & 00-06 Tundra Weld on Spindle Gusset
Failure to properly limit your suspension puts severe stress on the Tacoma and Tundra spindle where the upper ball joint or uniball mounts. Over extending droop travel has caused these spindles to break. TC jumped on a solution to reinforce the spindle and developed this weld on 1/8” laser cut bracket. Properly limited suspension will not damage the spindle, but if your looking for added security and strength weld on a set of these gussets. These gussets only work with 96-04 Tacoma, 96-02 4Runner and 00-06 Tundra.

96-04 2WD Tacoma Billet Cross Shafts 5 Lug
Do you want maximum performance? Solve the 2wd 5 lug Toyota’s weak link by installing these upper control arm billet cross shafts. The factory cross shaft cannot handle installing larger tires or off road abuse and will bend. TC’s 4130 heat treated CNC cross shafts include gun drilled grade 8 hardware that allow greasing of the upper arm bushings on the vehicle. A locking end washer was developed to lock the end bolt into position and eliminate its tendency to back out of the cross-shaft. Plated end washers rest against the urethane bushing to prevent over tightening and crushing of the bushing. Also available for the 2wd Tacoma (PT# - 98420). Call for details.

96-04 6-lug Tacoma Secondary Shock Hoop
00-06 Tundra Secondary Shock Hoop
Upgrade performance and handling by installing the optional secondary shock to your Tacoma or Tundra long travel IFS kit. 4wd models crave this option due to the added front differential weight. Installing dual 2.5 shocks increases dampening and adds tune ability to TC’s dual shock system. These hoops run a secondary 8” travel 2.5 or 2.0 non coil or bypass shock. The hoop is built from 4130 chromoly tubing and includes hardware to install the shock. Bolt patterns for the circular top plate differ by vehicle model, specify vehicle type at time of order. Some welding and grinding is required during install to ensure proper fit.

Tired of tearing inner CV boots or having front drive axles bind on auto locking hub 4wd's when aftermarket replacement shocks have been installed to maximize lift? With the constant quest to maximize lift as well as travel on the 4x4’s, TOTAL CHAOS has developed a 1" drop down spacer to lower the front differential and restore the factory inner CV angles. By installing this kit to your 4wd you will relax the angle on the inner and CV joints by 2-3 degrees. This inexpensive upgrade will add extra life to rubber CV boots. Zinc plated CNC diff spacers wont rust. This kit is highly recommended to be used if you are running any of the aftermarket coil-over lift shocks intended to lift the truck and run larger tires, as well as our own U.C.A. (Upper Control Arm). Installation is about .5 hrs. You will reuse the factory lower dome washer with this item. The factory skid plate can be reinstalled with this component.

96-04 Tacoma & 00-06 Tundra Nylatron® Bushing Kits
For serious off-road use, TOTAL CHAOS offers Nylatron® bushings to compliment your TC suspension system. Nylatron® is a high performance nylon based plastic that has great wear resistance and lubrication properties. Suspension geometry is maintained during heavy cornering and uneven landings giving you more control. Nylatron® will not wear as fast as urethane. Long travel kits include eight upper control arm & eight lower control arm half bushings. U.C.A. kits include eight half bushings. This kit is intended for TOTAL CHAOS suspension kits and will not work with factory control arms.
Not recommended for daily driven vehicles.

Universal Pin to Eyelet Shock Conversion
Tundra/4 Runner/Ford F150 97-03/
TC offers an upper shock clevis that converts the factory rear pin style upper shock mount to incorporate a wider range of aftermarket shock options that are available in 1.25” width. This 5/8” bolt on adapter allows the installation of 2.0” or 2.5” diameter shocks. Some drilling may be necessary to install. This adapter was designed to aid pin to eyelet conversion shock modifications. Fox shocks will require special request narrower hi-misalignment spacers to fit the 1.25” tab, specify this dimension when ordering shocks.
