07+ FJ & 03+ 4Runner Chromoly Adjustable Rear Links
TOTAL CHAOS offers a complete chromoly rear link system for any 07+ FJ Cruiser and 03+ 4 Runner that provides an additional 1.5” of wheel travel when installed with KING PT#XXXX rear bolt on reservoir shocks. Factory Toyota rear rubber bushings bind when your suspension cycles and can limit wheel travel and articualtion. TC upper, lower and pan hard bar links are built using 1 ¼” x .375 chromoly tubing. Designed to be trail adjustable, these links are tapped on one end and utilize a 7/8” heim for maximum articulation and tune ability. TC supplies all necessary hardware and hi- misalignment spacers required to install this bolt on conversion. The opposite ends of the upper and lower links include gusseted pivots that feature zerk fittings and use replaceable urethane bushings and an inner sleeve that eliminate any pivot resistance. TC allows you to lubricate these urethane pivots through factory access holes on the chassis for convenient maintenance. Lower links incorporate emergency brake line tabs needed to reinstall the factory lines. The TOTAL CHAOS pan hard bar is tapped on both ends and is fully adjustable utilizing ¾” heims to offer maximum adjustability and strength. This package can be purchased individually. It reuses factory hardware and each link is shipped pre set to a factory replacement spec length.

Rear Trailing Arms
TC now offers rear trailing arms! Tested on Dan Vance’s class 1400 Pro race truck these all CNC laser cut & bent trailing arms are intended to aid custom project vehicle applications. Reduce fab time of a project vehicle buy installing these 4130 trailing arms. The arms measure 49.5” in length and are constructed out of 1/8” thick 4130 interlocking internal brackets. They include a 2 bolt 1¼” thread pinch bung and are constructed using an 1 ¾” .120 bottom tube. The shocks are mounted ½” below centerline and the front pivots are 2.25” O.D. with urethane or nylatron replaceable bushings available. These trailing arms are a custom application and require advanced fabrication skills. Custom trailing arm mounts and upper links must be fabricated to complete this installation.

Weld-on Rear Axle Shock Mounts
Looking to speed up your installation time when installing custom rear shocks on your off road vehicle? TOTAL CHAOS now offers these laser cut lower shock tabs designed to relocate the  rear shock mounts on the axle housing. TC’s double shear mounts feature 1/4” thick side plates gusseted with a 10 gauge bottom skid plate. Two dimple died holes are added and the tabs are pre welded together for easy installation. The gusset will protect the bottom of your shock rod end from getting damaged by rocks, or obstacles that you come in contact with while navigating at high or low speed. Grade 8 hardware and shock spacers that fit in between the rod end of the shock and the pre welded tabs are included. The shock mounts are designed for any 3” outer diameter rear axle housing. The tabs can also be ground out to fit a larger diameter rear axle housing. The shock mounts are designed to position and relocate the bottom eyelet of the shock 7” off the back of the housing.

F150, Tundra & Titan Lowering Shackle
Don’t like the low rake on your Tundra? Don’t want to spend a lot on a front lift? TOTAL CHAOS has the answer. We now offer a lowering shackle to level out the truck. This easy to install custom shackle is laser cut for precision and comes complete with new bushings and inner sleeves. They are exactly 1 1/2” longer than stock and will lower the rear end by 3/4” without compromising the factory ride or load capacity. The shackles can also be used with a variety of other sport truck lifts to achieve that any desired ride height and increase cornering capabilities.

Chromoly Shackles
Complete with grade 8 hardware, inner sleeves, and urethane bushings, these shackles aid in the relocation and installation of longer leaf springs. Available in 9" and 12" lengths, these 4130 chromoly shackles can help your ride achieve up to 18" of rear wheel travel. Factors such as keeping your bed, adding a fuel cell or building a complete cage all vary from one truck to the next. Mounting locations and leaf spring length determine actual lift and wheel travel gained when you install these shackles. See our other leaf spring relocation components.

Shackle Pivot Gussets
To assist in the installation of TOTAL CHAOS 12" chromoly tubular shackles when installing aftermarket longer leaf springs, TC now offers these laser cut pre bent pivot gussets designed to box in and strengthen the mounting location. These gussets are intended to be used when mounting shackles on top of the frame rail or below the frame rail. These brackets are CNC laser cut and bent using 10 gauge mild steel. Only sold in sets of 4.

Front Spring Hangers
To add extended leaf springs, the stock front spring hanger must be removed from the frame. Laser cut for precision, these weld on spring hangers include grade 8 hardware and are designed to work with aftermarket 2 1/2" wide leaf springs. Grinding and welding are necessary to install. These hangers fit Toyota pickups and are available for a 2 3/8" wide frame rail (84-95 2wd & 4wd pickups) and 2.75" wide frame rail (96-04 2wd & 4wd Tacoma).

07+ Tundra 2wd & 4wd Lift Shackle
Are you looking to lift the rear of your 2007 Tundra? TOTAL CHAOS and Deaver Leaf Spring now offer a package designed to lift the rear of your truck 2”.  Featured is the TCF laser cut pre bent shackle kit complete with all hardware that was designed to be installed with the new Deaver Spring MFG. CO. 11 leaf progressive spring pack. When installing these TC shackles by themselves, they will lift the rear up to ¾”. TC’s shackle kit includes 14mm hardware to for use with the factory spring pack or when you install the Deaver Spring progressive leaf spring system. U-Bolt Relocation Plates
Make life easier when installing long travel rear leaf springs on your 84-95 2wd & 4wd Toyota pickup, 96-04 Tacoma, or 2wd Nissan Hardbody, Frontier or X-Terra. These u-bolt plates are designed to accept 2.5” wide leaf springs mounted under the rear axle. Made to take abuse, these 2.5” thick plates will keep your u-bolts protected form rocks by placing the u-bolt nuts higher than the bottom of the leaf spring. The leaf spring gets recessed into the plate which also helps the spring from shifting.

Universal Pin to Eyelet Shock Conversion
Tundra/4 Runner/Ford F150 97-03
TC offers an upper shock clevis that converts the factory rear pin style upper shock mount to incorporate a wider range of aftermarket shock options that are available in 1.25” width. This 5/8” bolt on adapter allows the installation of 2.0” or 2.5” diameter shocks. Some drilling may be necessary to install. This adapter was designed to aid pin to eyelet conversion shock modifications. Fox shocks will require special request narrower hi-misalignment spacers to fit the 1.25” tab, specify this dimension when ordering shocks.
