22R/22RE 86-95 4wd Solid Motor and Trans Mount Kit
TC Fabrication has finally released a 22R/22RE solid motor and transmission mount kit that will eliminate flex caused by factory rubber mounts. This 100% bolt on kit is intended to reuse the factory hardware and bolt in the existing factory locations. No welding or drilling is required. TC includes a 4130 chromoly cross member built from 1 3/4” tubing that is designed to increase the factory cross member ground clearance. This package is not sold individually.

86-95 4WD Toyota Lower Uniball Conversion
TOTAL CHAOS offers the first and only balljoint adapter that converts any 86-95 lower control arm using the factory ball joint and spindle to a 1" Teflon lined Uniball. Revolutionary in design, this billet machined Uniball cup simply bolts to the stock spindle. The conversion kit upgrades the lower balljoint that frequently becomes worn and damaged under extreme off road use. Drilling the lower control arm tapered hole to a 3/4" hole is the only modification needed to perform the installation. The 1 piece billet Uniball cup registers into the spindle just like the factory balljoint. Hardened stainless steel hi-misalignments and custom machined hardened bolts are included in the package and ensure maximum travel. This complete kit will fit any aftermarket or stock suspension that retains the factory balljoint and spindle.

86-95 4WD Toyota Idler Arm
Eliminate sloppy steering on your 86-95 Toyota 4wd, install this custom chromoly idler arm. Internal double stacked sealed roller bearings replace the fatigued stock rod end and are impact resistant as well as durable. Laser cut brackets provide precision bolt holes so the idler arm simply bolts to the stock location. An inner sleeve is included so that you cannot over tighten the 3/4" through bolt. Built to handle extreme elements and perform under the toughest conditions, only grade 8 hardware is supplied. Drilling the centerlink to a 5/8" hole is the only modification necessary. 86-95 4WD Toyota Gen 2 “Caddy” Kit Weld-On Shock Hoop
The Gen 2 “Caddy” kit was designed to utilize a coil-over shock while retaining the 4wd system, and offers an optional secondary non coil-over or bypass shock to be installed. To aid in the installation of 8” travel 2.5 coil over shocks by King, S-A-W, or Fox (8” travel Fox must use PT# 980-99-246A) on the Gen 2 kit, TC offers this pre-bent weld on upper shock hoop. The main hoop is made of 1.5 diameter .120 wall 4130 chromoly tubing. TC’s hoop incorporates a weld together plated tower that bolts to the top of the factory upper a-arm cross shaft. The tower welds to the main tube and incorporates the primary shock mounts. This plated system is shock brand specific, installing S-A-W shocks will require grinding the tower plates due to S-A-W shocks shorter extended eyehole lengths. Also included in the kit are frame overlay plates, additional triangulating support tubes, secondary shock tabs, reservoir mounts, brake line tabs, and grade 8 hardware.

The Gen 3 “Caddy” 4x2 kit is so brutal on steering components that TC's design team had to develop an upgraded steering system to handle the punishment. TC offers this race proven setup that includes a gusseted factory centerlink and pitman arm designed to withstand load from larger tires and high speed impacts. This system requires using the Caddy idler arm and is designed to be used with TC's heim steering upgrade.

Maximize suspension travel and handling. TOTAL CHAOS offers this steering upgrade package for your Caddy kit equiped 86-95 4wd Toyota. Factory tie-rods bind at suspension’s full droop and can wear prematurely with long travel kits. Old or worn components cause sloppy steering. Teflon-lined aircraft grade heims replace the stock steering components and come with heat treated hi-misalignment spacers. Also included are double-shear gussets strengthen the factory forged steering arms. Grade 8 hardware included. For serious off-road use, TOTAL CHAOS offers Nylatron® bushings to compliment your long travel suspension system. Nylatron® is a high performance nylon based plastic that has great wear resistance and lubrication properties. Suspension geometry is maintained during heavy cornering and uneven landings giving you more control. Nylatron® will not wear as fast as loud as urethane. Kit includes four end washers for the upper control arm and bushings for the upper and lower control arms. This kit will only work for TOTAL CHAOS Caddy suspension kits.
Not recommended for daily driven vehicles.

86-95 4WD Toyota Gen. 1 Caddy Kit Weld-On Shock Hoops
86-95 4wd trucks require the installation of a single 2.5 shock to retain 4wd on the original Caddy kit. To ease the installation of an 8" Fox, or 10" travel King or Sway-A-Way shocks when installing a Caddy kit, we offer this pre-bent 1.25 diameter .120 wall 4130 chromoly weld on shock hoop. Some grinding is necessary to ensure the tightest fit possible on each individual truck. An additional tube is also supplied to triangulate the shock mount and weld directly to both motor mounts. Designed to add strength to the factory bump stop mount, it is intended to be directly welded to the frame and stock bump stop frame assembly. Shock tabs are also included.

These weld on dual 2.0 shock towers are a durable substitution to custom fabrication for the do-it-yourself off roader. We have a 3 piece weld on shock tower kit laser cut out of 3/8" steel.
