84-95 2WD Toyota Billet Cross Shafts 5 Lug
Do you want maximum performance? Solve the 2wd 5 lug Toyota’s weak link by installing these upper control arm billet cross shafts. The factory cross shaft cannot handle installing larger tires or off road abuse and will bend. TC’s 4130 heat treated CNC cross shafts include gun drilled grade 8 hardware that allow greasing of the upper arm bushings on the vehicle. A locking end washer was developed to lock the end bolt into position and eliminate its tendency to back out of the cross-shaft. Plated end washers rest against the urethane bushing to prevent over tightening and crushing of the bushing. Also available for the 2wd Tacoma (PT# - 98420). Call for details.

There is no performance 84-95 2wd Toyota suspension kit that is complete without installing performance steering components. The Total Chaos custom idler arm and Chromoly centerlink are race proven and bullet proof! This bolt on system increases steering response and control while adding strength to components responsible for vehicle handling. This steering system is rebuildable and comes preassembled ready to install. Grade 8 hardware is included with the kit. A pitman arm core is required.

Maximize suspension travel and handling. Total Chaos offers this steering upgrade package for your 84-95 2wd. Factory tie-rods bind at suspension’s full droop and can wear prematurely with long travel kits. Old or worn components cause sloppy steering. Teflon-lined aircraft grade heims replace the stock steering components. Heat treated mis-alignment spacers Double-shear gussets strengthen the factory forged steering arms. Grade 8 hardware included. The factory centerlink must be drilled to a 5/8", also welding of the steering arm gussets is required.

These weld on dual 2.0 shock towers are a durable substitution to custom fabrication for the do-it-yourself off roader. We have a 3 piece weld on shock tower kit laser cut out of 3/8" steel. Included in the tower kit is a frame overlay plate designed to gusset and strengthen the frames lower control arm bottom out stop. Grinding and welding are required for install. 2wd is available in 8" & 10" length. 4wd is only available in 10" length.

Every pit box should always include an extra brake line, some replacement hardware, a few OEM parts, and a first aid kit! Unlike other manufacturers in our industry that require you to purchase a compete kit if you damage a control arm on the trail, TOTAL CHAOS offers individual replacement suspension components. Proof of purchase receipt is required or the exchange of the damaged part in necessary.

84-95 2WD Toyota Long Travel Nylatron® Bushing Kit
For serious off-road use, TOTAL CHAOS offers Nylatron® bushings to compliment your long travel suspension system. Nylatron® is a high performance nylon based plastic that has great wear resistance and lubrication properties. Suspension geometry is maintained during heavy cornering and uneven landings giving you more control. Nylatron® will not wear as fast as loud as urethane. Kit includes four upper control arm & two lower control arm bushings. This kit will only work for TOTAL CHAOS Long Travel suspension kits. New inner sleeves may be required, specify when ordering.
Not recommended for daily driven vehicles.
