After trail testing and logging over 1,500 off road miles on our Nissan Frontier 4x2 project vehicle, we have released the lift spindle uniball suspension system. TC recognized the need to manufacture performance parts for the aftermarket Nissan community that are built for drivers that crave function, quality and good looks! Offering 13” of IFS wheel travel and bolting to the factory control arm mounting locations, this kit fits the Nissan 4x2, Desert Runner and 2wd XTerra which offer an excellent drive train and chassis platform from the factory that is built to conquer the trails. 3" extended upper and lower control arms utilize 1” Teflon lined uniballs that replace factory ball joints and increase articulation angles while adding overall component strength. This system offers the only uniball lower control arms on the market. Our signature lift spindle design developed for the Toyota 2wd was incorporated to add 2.5 more inches of lift and cross member ground clearance which helps avoid obstacles when on the trail. We have eliminated the factory torsion bar set up and all weak links associated with it by incorporating the first coil over conversion system available. This set up adds strength and more progressive compression and dampening options. Our boxed lower control arms are internally gusseted and feature a single 2.5 lower shock tab and limit strap mount (limit straps are not included). Upper arms are constructed of 4130 chromoly tubing. Pre bent weld on upper shock mounts are extra and were designed to install an 8” travel 2.5 coil over shock. This kit includes all grade 8 hardware, heim joints, uniball’s, urethane bushings and inner sleeves, comes powder coated and clear coated, includes D.O.T. braided stainless brake lines (silver brake lines included in all kits), and includes the lift spindle modification.
